Our Story
At Kincaid’s, we believe great coffee isn't just about what’s in the cup - it’s about the connections it creates, the people it serves, and the lives it touches.
The name Kincaid’s honors my late brother, Justin Kincaid - a mechanic at heart and a force of pure, quiet generosity. Justin loves engines and hands-on work, but his real passion centers on showing up for people. He is the guy who drives clear across Texas at 2:00 AM for a stranded friend, or subtly grabs the bill for the whole table at dinner before anyone else can reach for their wallet. He simply refuses to let the people around him go without.
When we set out to build Kincaid’s Coffee, we anchored our entire mission to that same Caregiver spirit - compassionate, trustworthy, and fiercely dedicated to the well-being of others.
Positioned at the intersection of specialty coffee and ethical consumerism, Kincaid’s empowers a generation of coffee drinkers who want their daily rituals to reflect their core values. Justin’s legacy of quiet care drives our commitment to real impact across three pillars:
Empowering Overseas Farmers
Just as Justin ensures no friend is left stranded or empty-handed, we ensure our partner farmers are supported with dignity. We source our beans through Alma Coffee, a company that ensures dignified employment and fair wages, building sustainable livelihoods and thriving agricultural communities.
Quality & Craftsmanship
True craftsmanship takes dedication. From sustainable farming methods to housemade syrups with clean ingredients, we handle every batch with care to deliver a rich, exceptional flavor profile.
Radical Hospitality
Inspired by Justin’s refusal to let anyone go without, hospitality to us isn't just customer service - it is an active commitment to show up, open our doors wide, and ensure every person feels genuinely valued, welcomed, and cared for.
Hi, I’m Alyssa.
I own and operate Kincaid’s. Originally from Texas, I spent a year overseas doing missions work and truly falling in love with Jesus. While I was gone, I saw first hand how coffee is in every culture. When I returned to Georgia, I worked with Chick-fil-A Operators and learned how to run a super tight high energy operation in a small footprint. I finished my business degree at Point University and in the fall of 2025, I took the leap to create a full time business that meant something real. Today, I own and run our Gainesville, GA cart, bringing those world class coffees and top-tier service straight to our local community.
I enjoy pickleball, disc golf, slow mornings, reading the news paper, and dinner around a table.
My go to drink is a honey cappuccino, and most of the time iced
And, this is Brooks.
I’m Brooks, and I’ve always loved the way coffee creates space for people to slow down, connect, and have good conversations. I recently spent nine months overseas doing missions work, where my relationship with Jesus grew tremendously and I got to experience different people and cultures all over the world. Coming home, I knew I wanted to keep pursuing things that centered around people, community, and serving others. I’m currently in school working toward a career in counseling, and outside of school, I love working on my truck, tattoos, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Connection in Every Cup
Kincaid’s isn't just selling coffee; we are building a community rooted in compassion, sustainability, and shared purpose. Every bag we roast and every cup we pour carries Justin’s memory - reminding us all to show up, give generously, and make sure no one is left behind.
Welcome to Kincaid’s. Thank you for making an impact with us, one cup at a time.
